By submitting this form, I accept the following terms:

• I understand that this is a selective process. Applying for the scholarship does not guarantee selection.
• All the documents submitted are genuine, and all the information shared is true, to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if at any point any document is found to be false, the scholarship benefits may be withdrawn.
• On submission of this enrollment form and other documents/declarations, the applicant and/or its guardian authorize Synergie and/or Valvoline to obtain, collect, process, transfer (including transfer to a country outside India), administer, store, program and use my personal and other information for the above purposes and any other reasonable and lawful purposes; and share those data or information with third parties, including companies within the Valvoline or Cummins affiliate across the world.
• You hereby give express permission to Synergie and/or Valvoline to freely use the information/details/pictures of students enrolled, provided by the applicant or its guardian, for the purpose of the Program or for any lawful purpose. Synergie and/or Valvoline shall be free to reproduce, process, transfer and use the information without limitation or obligation of any kind.
• Selected students will continue to receive this Scholarship till from their current class till they complete std. 12, provided they continue to attain minimum 60% marks in their annual exams.
• In the event that Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd discontinues the Muskaan Scholarship Program at any time, the beneficiaries will not be provided any further support.
